Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY" (TIN: 309120406) reserves the right to modify the content of the B2B platform in accordance with changes in legislation and the company's internal policy. By using the platform, users unconditionally accept these changes.

By registering on the B2B platform of Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY", users agree to receive commercial information relevant to their interests and needs in electronic form.

The trademarks "ASBC", "iSpace", and "iSupport" are the exclusive property of Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY". Use of these trademarks on other websites, in meta tags, printed materials, or any other form of communication without prior written consent from Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY" is prohibited.

The products presented on the B2B platform are also sold through direct sales channels of Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY". Adding a product to the online cart does not guarantee its availability, as it may be sold through offline operations. Product availability will be confirmed by Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY" during order processing.

If any transaction is not accepted, Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY" will promptly notify the user of the reason for the refusal.

A product may be returned within 14 calendar days if it has not been used, all accessories and original packaging are fully preserved, and it has not been activated. Products costing less than 100,000 UZS are not subject to return.

Returns or exchanges of products with manufacturing defects are carried out in accordance with the warranty conditions provided electronically at the time of purchase.

After inspecting the product, Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY" will resolve the issue by replacement or refund. Refunds are made only for the product cost within 10 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are covered by Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY". In all other cases, the buyer bears the shipping costs.

Return requests must be submitted through the call center of Sole Proprietorship LLC "ASBC ENTITY", official social media channels, or via email at info@asbc.uz. After the request is confirmed, the product must be returned within 7 days.
